Payment and Terms:
Deposit Option if more than 45 days before check-in: 1/4 of rental total. Deposit due within 10 days of booking; final payment due 30 days before check-in. Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. Cashiers checks, Money orders or Traveler's checks (U.S. Funds) also accepted. Personal checks are accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival and written on a U.S. bank.
Cancellations:
Up to 30 days prior to arrival 25.00 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days prior to arrival deposit is forfeited.

Check-in time is any time after 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Hurricane Policy:
No refunds will be given unless a "Mandatory Evacuation Order" for the local area is issued by local authorities. The day that the authorities declare "Mandatory Evacuation", we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
Any unused portion of rent from a guest who is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten the stay to come in after the "Mandatory Evacuation" is lifted.
Any prepaid rent collected for a reservation scheduled to arrive during the "Mandatory Evacuation" period.
A guest may also change his/her reservation within the same calendar year as the original reservation in lieu of canceling.
